Designing a Multi-Device Grooming & Operations Platform

Bruno’s Barbers is a complete digital ecosystem built from scratch to support both customers and in-store operations.

We designed the platform for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices, ensuring each interface serves its purpose while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

The result is a premium, scalable ecosystem that enhances the customer journey and streamlines salon operations at every touchpoint.

Appointment & Calendar Management

A real-time appointment system that gives the team full visibility of the day. The calendar layout allows staff to view bookings by time, service, and assigned barber, making scheduling clear and predictable.

Mobile Customer
Experience

The mobile experience was designed to feel premium and intuitive. Users can explore nearby branches, discover services, view star products, and book appointments seamlessly.

The dark theme reflects the brand’s identity, while the structured layout keeps navigation simple and fast.

Onboarding &
Authentication

The experience is minimal, focused, and distraction-free. Location detection and branch selection ensure users are connected to the right store from the start.

Journey Mapping

During the UX phase, detailed flow diagrams were created to uncover all of the possible use cases for receiving and activating a credit card. The resulting charts helped us develop a scenario for testing the first UX prototypes.

Custom Iconography System

We created a custom icon set to match Bruno’s premium brand and ensure consistency across all devices. Each icon was designed with a clean, minimal style for clarity and quick recognition.

Service & Product
Integration

Once a team member services in, orders are automatically assigned and tracked in real time. We integrated product discovery directly into the experience, allowing customers to browse and purchase premium grooming items alongside service bookings. This creates a connected retail and service journey.

This section focuses on simplifying daily business operations, from tracking transactions to managing cash flow.

The interface allows staff to quickly review financial data, enter payment details, and close the day with clarity and confidence.
